To be honest, I think you're over reacting. My boyfriend gets really stressed about college work and sometimes he puts off having sex for that long because he struggles. And while, I would have sex with him everyday if I could, I love him enough to realise that sex isn't everything in a relationship. If a two week dry spell is a "new low" then perhaps your relationship isn't that great to begin with?

Yeah I mean it's time reevaluate when it gets to that point. sex should be spontaneous not scheduled.
