mg, I was a BQ in high school. The driving force of the hookups was a double helping of desperation. I remember this horrible fat blonde senior flutist (probably the inspiration for Alyson Hanigan in American Pie) pounced on one of my freshman classmates, a skinny drummer. Walking down the hall, they looked like the number 10. We laugh, but he probably got laid many years before the rest of us!
