Being friends with them that is what prevents your having a gf. I used to only have friends like that, people that weren't really mean but would always tease me in a demeaning way. I got my first boyfriend the minute I started hanging out with better friends.

People aren't as superficial as you think...it's not necessarily that you're ugly. It could be that you're just shy. Shy people are unapproachable.
