I don't think it matters if it looks like you're fine, as long as you have the tag on your car. The most they can do is ask for your license, to see if that has the disabled stuff on it. I think.
wrong, the thing about a handicap spot isnt about it being close, its about it having the wide areas in between cars to load/unload wheelchairs without banging up your/other peoples cars. Fatties dont need to take a handicap spot when the spot right next to it is only a hair farther, and it wont block up the space for someone who needs it
Just go contest it. It isn't the cop's place to decide. If you have a non-expired permit that is under your name, it was issued to you, it isn't their business. Don't pay a cent and complain! You can get that cop in a bunch of trouble I bet.
Fight it. All you'll need to do is prove it.
#159 But in the cases where it DOES fix the person, hand your damn placard back in! Jesus, is that so hard to get?
Fake. The parking lot belongs to Walmart. Traffic police don't give a shit about Walmart's properties. Parking attendants have the right to fine any cars that don't display a handicapped parking permit anyway. Even if this is real, if you have the permit, just show her to your car. If you don't, ydi.

Who is it for her to decide if you're disabled or not? Wow. I hate people like that. Of course not all handicaps are always going to be noticeable.
I'm pretty sure you can definately appeal against that. People with mental disabilities can get the cards and you cannot physically look at them to see if they're disabled.
