Today, I received a call from a collection agency. Since I had no clue, I was ready to file a police report for stolen identity. I then called my mom only to find out she has been opening new credit cards with my information for 3 years and not paying them. My credit is ruined and I'm only 21. FML

You have to turn her in or you will have to pay it all off and your credit will be ruined for pretty much your whole life.

Apparently stuff like this happens a lot. My mom told me I am lucky she didn't do this... Parents are not always great people.

Call the police and the credit card company. You can have the debt erased and your mom will be in jail for identity theft.

My mom did the same shit to me! I'm 22 now and my credit is slowly going up but it's taking forever.
