The mailman

Today, on my first day at my new job delivering mail, I was yelled at by a guy, who threatened to shoot me if I "trespassed" on his property. He made me toss his mail toward his porch from the street, before telling me to get lost. FML

Eh, look at it this way. Now that that's done, you can save some time and effort at that stop just flinging mail instead of having to drop it in the box. His loss, your gain.

he is really messed in the head. just have him pick up his mail from the post office

At least you found a job!!! I got fired for not wearing gloves FML

Where did you work where you needed gloves? Op, you'll deal with crazy people every day but someone threatening to shoot you is going too far. Report him to your boss.

I may know that nut-job or at least someone similar. Rubber band the mail together and use a slingshot to get it there?

it gets better... and worse some days, but you'll get used to it. im assuming ur a CCA so ask the regular or the T6. At least u have ur first mail story and welcome to the club!

grows some balls and deliver the rest of the mail.

Telling someone to grow some balls when yet you don't have any?

coming from fatass like you Cleveland Brown? lol take a seat.

or what? you gonna bitch some more? lol go ahead

Hold his mail. Return to sender. "Undeliverable" People like that don't deserve respect and need to be shown who is in control of what.

Ps it's a federal crime to threaten a postal worker. You can call police.

It is also a crime to keep a persons mail.

Could always make a game out of it... attach the mail to a bouncy ball and see how close you can get. If you have bad aim than disregard. Don't want any broken windows.

Let your supervisor know that this person threatened you. With luck, he'll have to get a P.O. Box to get his mail or have to pick it up at a post office--preferably across town.

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day for a neighbor...
