I know that I still use the $ sign behind the number because I grew up learning French. Not everything's the same as where you live.

I hate airport security in general when they have standards, but even when you meet them, they tell you you don't, so you have to throw away or pay for whatever you had. What's the purpose of a box that's smaller than an actual overhead compartment to measure carry-ons if they tell you you can't carry it on when it fits?
