The worst

By mommylovesu - 15/03/2011 02:25 - United States

Today, the bus came to pick up my daughter to take her to kindergarten. When it honked, I opened the door for her to let her run out to it. Halfway there, she tripped and started crying. I couldn't run out because I was still in my underwear. Now her bus thinks I'm the worst mom ever. FML

ITS YOUR ******* GIRL WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR UNDERWEAR

mabye all the ppl that could be watching like a bus full of kids the bus driver her nighbors oh and the bus she coulda been arrested if she had gone out.

Actually as long as her breasts and lady parts were covered she couldn't have been. It just would have looked really bad on her part and probably pissed off a lot of the neighborhood parents. Indecent Exposure only comes into play if you are showing more than a g-string bikini would show.

True but we don't know what kind of tshirt or panties for all we know she was wearing was a small tanktop and a pair of thongs everyone's has their own version of underwear as you explained yourself and I know indecent exposure has to be more than that was just throwing it out there coulda been />

give all those kindergarten boys something to think about inschool...

so what if you're in your underwear?? your daughter may have been seriously injured. you ARE the worst mom ever

Seriously injured from tripping? Are you kidding me? Kids trip all the time and are fine. Unless the kid tripped onto a bunch of broken glass or down a hill, she would be fine and at worst have a scraped knee. The OP is NOT the worst mother ever. God, she doesn't run to her kid one time and you act like she's on par with people who beat their children for breathing too loudly. Grow up and get some perspective.

nuca cominar fuera en ropa interior. lección aprendida.

And why are you prancing around the house in your underware infront of your child. Now she is going to think that's ok and growup to become a **** like you!

Is going places in your underwear a normal thing for you?

She didn't go anywhere. She was at home. Where did you even get the implication that the OP had gone somewhere in her underwear?

FML you poor little girl! Crying for her mommy but mommy can't bother to put a robe on! what if she'd been hit by a car? Bet you would have run out! Get your lazy butt dressed, anything can happen with little kids! dumbass!

The kid was likely just going down the walkway of her own home. A car would have had to put effort into hitting her. It also doesn't say that the girl was crying for her mommy just that she was crying. I used to cry all the time when I got hurt but it didn't mean I gave a flip whether my mother was there or not. It only meant that I was venting. It is not set in stone that all children need their moms to come running. Also, I think they way you assume she was being lazy by not being dressed is incredibly stupid because for all you know she tried to get dressed but kept being interrupted or something. I'll use the scenario presented by HappyPickles "OP has been pushing her daughter to get ready in time to catch the school bus - which has a timetable to keep to and will not wait forever. OP has made her lunch, fed her breakfast, dressed her, found her kindy-bag, etc. OP is now getting dressed herself, so she can leave for work once her daughter has caught the bus. Suddenly OP hears her daughter calling out. Child: "I can't find my shoes" OP: "Look by the front door" Child: "They're not there" OP: "Well, where were you when you took them off?" Child: "I can't remember" OP decides it will be quicker to stop dressing and find her daughter's shoes herself, rather than let the child miss the bus, requiring OP to drive the child to kindergarten herself, thereby making her late for work. OP stops getting dressed and goes, in her underwear, to look for the shoes. She finds them under the kitchen table. She helps her daughter put them on, helps her grab her kindy-bag, and at that point they hear the bus." It could have easily gone down like that. It could be that the OP sleeps in a t-shirt and panties, woke up a little late, and just didn't have a chance to get dressed since she had to get her kid ready for school. I know that you will probably be like "Well than she deserves it for getting up late" but I highly doubt that you can say you have never accidentally overslept a bit.

Yah I,mean every one keeps a robe by the door. Oh wait.....no they don't she still woulda had to run in to her room or whatever to get one might as well as took her time to get dressed cuz by then ither way her daughter woulda been on the bus and gone by then.

Yeah, solberner, because if you keep the robe by the door, and you're STANDING at the door, you have to run back in the room to get it (Uh, what?). Also, might as well get dressed because putting on a robe obviously takes the same amount of time as getting fully dressed.

I love it how you think I said she keeps a robe by the door when I dident so ither your a troll or just a really retarded person I said not everyone keeps a robe by the door so means she probably dident ither so she woulda had to run to her room to get one

1. I wouldn't call anyone a retard with your grammar. 2. I misread part of your message, but you are still claiming that running to another room and putting on a goddamned robe, which shouldn't take more than a minute (including the running), takes so long that you might as well get dressed. Seriously?

I don't even have a robe...maybe she didn't either.

why would you be wearing only underwear??

I said this to an above commenter but I'll say it again. The OP may not have literally been in just her underwear. At night when I go to bed I will wear just a T-Shirt and a pair of panties and I refer to that as simply being "in my underwear". The OP may be the exact same way. In either case it's not horrible if your own children see it but other parents might throw a bitch fit if their children see it. A woman running out of her house in just a shirt and a pair of underwear is definitely something children will talk about.
