Thievery

Today, I checked my bank account that I've been saving money in since I was a kid for college. I have $100 left out of the $10,000 I had last month. Apparently my parents thought buying a pool and an HDTV for themselves was more important than my college education. FML

Sue. Sure, they're your parents, but God, being inconsiderate like that. It's your future.

That really ought to be illegal. You get screwed if your parents don't meet their financial aid obligations for your education, so there should be some legal requirement for your parents to meet those obligations.

what the f, tell them to get a refund or return your money in some way otherwise do sue them. They are your parents but don't let this ruin your future.

I'm pretty sure there's some legal action you can take here. Or give them a taste of their own medicine and sell some of their shit for money. I'm really sorry that's horrible :/

Where the **** did you think you were going to go for ten grand, anyway? A semester at a state school?

#38 yeah it isnt easy raising a family but guess what they bought? stuff that they didnt need. it wasnt like they bought a car because they didnt have one or food, clothes, and daily needs. no, it was stuff that was unecessary.

This is Bullshit... as college student this really pisses me off... I don't know about what school you plan on going to but I'm pretty sure most public Universities are doing what mine are, raising the cost of tuition next semester because our ******* country is going broke and our state cut it's education budget
