#6...it IS illegal! If it's not the parents money...it's totally illegal.
Omg dude that sucks. Fyl
just ask for the money back and if they don't threaten to take them to court, by taking money from you from a bank account(especially if it is a joint account and if they really did take that much money) is a felony because if the other person isn't notified or signed the money off, then they stole it...
this is too ****** up to be real. I smell a fake.
selfish parents...
If you have now hit 18 you can take them to court. Better yet. Go to the police. File charges. If the parents don't return the TV and return your money, then you can take them to court. If you were the only one making deposits then you have a case and the bank will have a history of the deposits. If you kept your deposit slips then you should be golden. If you are not 18 then you have few options but check with your local police. They may have statutes about taking financial advantage of a minor (can't remember the exact term) Best course may be to go to small claims court. Or call the largest local paper and tell them about it. Allot of papers have sections of family matters. At least it will embarrass them. Tell everyone you know or your parents are friends with. #248 lilmousie. If it is a felony depend on if she is the only one making deposits. She will have to show her deposit slips ideally. If the parents were also making deposits then it becomes a VERY muddy area legally speaking.
when they're out, return the tv, and pour something in the pool that corrodes plastic...or just empty it out...if the pool dries than the plastic all cracks up, thats why people keep water in them year-round

Sue. Sure, they're your parents, but God, being inconsiderate like that. It's your future.
That really ought to be illegal. You get screwed if your parents don't meet their financial aid obligations for your education, so there should be some legal requirement for your parents to meet those obligations.
