#9: yes they can if the person is under 18...?
yes FYL but do remeber how much parents spend on you, like what a million dollars on raising you? so just ask for the money back and if they dont ha take the HDTV
oh my god! steal their TV and everything else you can find to get your money back!! lol you probably shouldn't do that...but still, yell at them till they cry!!!!
Make them pay for college... or pay you back. The very least they can do is replace the money.
Ugh, your parents really... They really suck, man. I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. Make them feel like shit for what they did to you. Cry in front of them if you need to. Fake an illness and cough really hard in front of them and say that you haven't gone to the doctor because you can't afford it. Do anything you can to make them feel bad about what they've done and this'll never happen again.

Sue. Sure, they're your parents, but God, being inconsiderate like that. It's your future.
That really ought to be illegal. You get screwed if your parents don't meet their financial aid obligations for your education, so there should be some legal requirement for your parents to meet those obligations.
