Isn't this exactly like the, "Married with Children", episode where Bud had money saved for college and his parents spent it? Seems fishy...
So, was it your money, or your parents money? Are you deluding yourself as to what's yours, as if it was yours, your parents would not have access to the money......... FYL for delusion.....
So, I am just going to throw this out there... Why the hell do your parents have access to your checking/Savings account? I mean, assuming it is actually your account, and it is in your name. It sounds like your parents owe you roughly 9,900 dollars... I'd charge them interest too, you know for being pieces of shit.
Woahh,, I'd be so pissed if that happened to me #38 so its alright to throw away there childs future then??
YDI for giving anyone but yourself the authority to withdraw from the account.
dude that sucks because the account is probably in their names as well as yours, isn't it? I'd write them off after that, I'd probably never speak to them again.

Sue. Sure, they're your parents, but God, being inconsiderate like that. It's your future.
That really ought to be illegal. You get screwed if your parents don't meet their financial aid obligations for your education, so there should be some legal requirement for your parents to meet those obligations.
