You obviously know absolutely zero about weed and how it affects you. As an avid user for years, I have never once had the urge to A: rob someone; B: streak thru a neighborhood to rob someone... I would believe he is under the influence of some kind of illegal substance, but weed? lol, not even close... Then again, you are probably one of those people that think weed is just the worst thing someone can do but go home to your bottle of Jack Daniels and get shit-faced drunk everynight and think thats ok...
