Today, it was my two-week anniversary of starting my new job, after over a year of unemployment due to Covid. It was great, I was getting on with people, and it actually felt like a career where my skillset was valued and I was appreciated by the management. I showed up to work this morning to find it had burned down. FML

Today, after nearly eight months of unemployment, I started a great new job. After seven and a half hours of work, my new boss comes up to tell me what a great job I was doing, but that he somehow forgot to clear the new hire with the company owner, so I'm fired. Hello, unemployment... again. FML

How does one affect the other. Suck it up, go to work, deal with personal issues on you lunch break or after work. Its not like its a big deal.

...because yeast infections can be incredibly uncomfortable. It's hard to keep your mind focused on the job (particularly jobs which involve minimal moving around) when your ****** feels like it's burning and you feel a desperate urge to pee every 5 minutes.

Hello everyone! Thank you all for the love and support. I know this past tmi long ago but I am MUCH better and healthier now. #3 Thanks for that it made me feel so much better after reading that. I just finished my second day of work and it went great. I've been feeling a lot better lately. So I just want to mention a few things. #12 you are very ignorant. I rather not write down everything you can read from a high school text book but sometimes these things just happen. I only had this happen twice in my life, last being 6 years ago. #35 I understand where you're coming from. Honesty rather be unemployed AND with the infection only because I can be at home in pain rather than at work (being judged on my performance) with pain. Thanks everyone!!! :D
