Today, after getting my appendix taken out, we had to drive over five sets of railroad tracks. Then, my four year-old brother decided to punch me in the stomach because, "I took away his mommy for two days." FML

Today, I was asked to take care of my 3 year-old little brother. After 15 minutes of him screaming and me trying to keep him entertained, he started throwing his toy cars at me. He hit me in the mouth, and I started to bleed. My parents yelled at me for "not controlling him." FML

Today, I crawled into my mom's room to tell her my stomach was in massive pain. She ended up throwing me out of the room while spraying me with Lysol. My appendix was about to burst and I needed surgery. FML

Today, my son was up at 3:00 am crying due to excruciatingly severe pain in his groin. I took him to the ER. After nine hours consisting of two different hospitals, an ambulance ride, a CAT scan, an ultrasound, and possible appendicitis, the surgeon finally said he was just constipated. FML

Today, I had to take my little brother to the pool. He acted like a brat the whole time, and when I told him we were leaving, he ran away, slipped, and hit his face on the tile floor. He told my dad and step-mom I punched him. They believed him, and I'm grounded for two months. FML

Been there a bit, OP. I got to ride in a low-slung stick shift through city rush hour traffic after a failed spinal fusion. Yowch. Luckily my weeks of recuperation were spent with a kind husband and lots of The Closer reruns-- not with a spiteful four year old brat. You win. I think I'd hit him back and "blame it on the o-o-o-o-o-o-opiates."

#95 your really do sound stupid. there's a purpose for having it in and out. this organ helps with immune responses- but lots of ignorant people like you don't know. And you don't get it out unless needed bc like #96 said it's inflamed and can kill you. read a bit.

That suck, I had my appendix removed like an hour before it was supposed to burst. But on the way to the hospital the ride was super bumpy and my doctor slapped my side when he saw me. It hurt like a bitch X( anyways hope your brother doesnt hit you again.

I feel your pain... i had my appendix removed last summer...very painful! In the hospital for two days not being able to doing anything but eat and sleep since it hurts so much, well, i'm sorry little kids can be such a nuisance
