Today, after having recently moved 300 miles to be with my boyfriend of 2 years, I have to celebrate Christmas alone. He never thought our relationship important enough to tell his family about me, and doesn't want it to be "awkward." FML

He's a jerk and you deserve better. I had a similar situation and it just ends in heartbreak if you let it go on too long. But have a Merry Christmas knowing next year will be better.

If he thinks it would be awkward just because he hasnt told his parents he could be like "merry christmas!" haha but tht was a total jerk move if i were in your shoes i would dump his butt!
