Today, after I'd spent $3,000 dollars in preparations to move in with my girlfriend of 2 and 1/2 years, she confessed she's a mental patient who stole someone else's identity. She was telling the truth. FML

Not only that, but if it took you THIS LONG to notice, what difference does it make if she is or isn't? As far as spending that much money to move in with YOUR GIRLFRIEND... well you're just a moron for that. No sympathy deserved.

oh come on, this has to be fake. your telling me that this woman a "mental patient" patient implying she was in hospital, broke out, stole someones ID and hasn't been caught for 2 and a half years? if she was in an asylum, they'd have been looking for her, and she'd have had a condition serious enough to have needed locking up, one that would surely be noticeable after 2 years. if she can function in society for that long with no apparant "crazy" behaviour, then she wouldn't have needed to steal someone elses ID, because she'd be more or less normal and living her own life, maybe medicated.

Some people are put in a mental institution or asylum even if they don't need to. It happens. Not saying she probably doesn't have issues, but suggesting that in her time at the asylum/institution, she recovered or made significant improvements? Who knows?

How can you prove that this guy deliberatley ripped this fml story off some movie/book that a good majority of people dont even know what it is? Im sure as hell that I never knew that it never existed. This may be a coincidence that this fml story and this movie/book happen to be similar.
