Well, there's the off chance she's just crazy. There are women out there who will make sexual advances on men who are married or in committed relationships, and don't handle being rejected well. They will try to sabotage the guys relationship by making it seem like he's having an affair with them. Still, that may not be the case. If not, divorce his ass and take his money. He's a dick.

Let him go after you've gotten the message and picture downloaded. While he's gone, drain the bank account, move all the accounts that you want to keep (electric, phone, etc.) to your account alone; disconnect his cell if it is connected to your account, otherwise make sure you aren't supporting him in any way/shape/form, throw all the belongings you don't want in trash bags (like his clothes) on the front lawn, and change the locks. And then make sure all of HIS family sees the picture and is aware of the source - I'm sure even if his family doesn't support you, that will be their first impression of her, and they will never see him the same way again.
