Actually lots of studies show the safety has improved, as have types of implants available. There is a new type that only has a 1% chance of having capsular issues (which previously has been a common problem) over a period of 15-20 years. As for blood related problems through tests a good doctor will advise you of the risks for your specific case. I have had mine a year, done everything as instructed and have had no issues.

36F to 32F is NOT breast shrinkage. You lost fat from your chest, not from your breasts. And that is a good thing. Consider yourself lucky. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the OP's case.
