Today, around 12 a.m., my pet parrot said a sentence I've never heard him say before. Usually this would be exciting, but considering he said, 'I killed the bird', and that one of my two love birds mysteriously died a few days ago, it's safe to say I'm now terrified. FML

I think someone killed your bird. Just a hunch.

Well they only mimic what they hear so I think it's safe to say someone killed your lovebird.

I would love to hear the rest of the store from the OP!! Me thinks something a foot!! LOL. ?

Guys, I'm sure OP already knows parrots mimic what they hear; you don't need to keep telling her the parrot didn't do it.

I'd be worried the parrot could be next to go for snitching. Is it possible you own a cat who speaks english?

looks like there was a killer in your home

Parrots don't pick up sentences out of no where... Maybe someone confessed to the parrot

This is some shit straight out of a horror movie

hahaha hilarious. Maybe he is just repeating whoever did kill the bird.

parrots can open their cage at times....better buy a padlock

You might want to consider placing your parrot in witness protection

I wouldn't worry about your parrot unless the sentence was finished with "and your next". However, it might be worth talking to anyone who was around your parrot - and fallen love bird - around the time of the "mysterious" death.
