How can this even be true? The OP says "bought the store from", suggesting the OP owns the store. Surely it'd only take 20 seconds tops to demonstrate ownership of the place? Hell, even if it's just jangling the store's keys at the cops. Six hours in jail either didn't happen, is a gross exageration, or the OP got abusive.

Dont feel bad one time when I was skating in my friends driveway we decided to skate his car like in the magazines. his neighbour called the cope on us and we were stuck in jail for 3 days until we could provide proof that he owned the car.
