She's blind not you. She does know you can see right? JK. So as long as you were sincere about it being nice to see her again I don't think she would have taken offense.

I have a blind friend who always says, "see you later." It's usually not a big deal unless you make it one.

That is a very common thing people say, I'm sure she is well aware of it, and I mean technically speaking you can see her. It'd be really weird if she said it though lol
