Today, at work, a lady came in to have her glasses fixed. When she opened her case, an earwig crawled out. Instead of trying to kill it, she just left it and watched as it crawled over my desk and behind my computer. I later found the earwig in my hair. FML

Perhaps it is time to have the office checked and possibly "sprayed" to get any creatures out. Anyway, that was kind of rude, not to mention disgusting, from the woman's behalf. Hope things get in order quick, OP.

Thank you! I hate that many people's first instinct with any smaller critter that's inconveniencing them is to kill it. Very frustrating to me.

incorrect they can bite. they just are to small to draw blood. more like a little spider bite. They are just so creepy looking if you feel one look. down and see it most people build it up in their head. I mean how can something that looks like that not be unpleasant
