leslie???
Lol Mercy Fml I agree the ops boss wants then gone by ANY means neccasarry!!!
haha, thats a great way to put it
I was told 12 hours before a shift I had to show up or would be fired, even though I was not on the schedule. I had made plans to attend church which I had to miss the past 2 weeks due to work.
*Sigh* so many NOT happy memories of managers and schedules... not sure why, but my work insisted on having the idiot who couldn't do scheduling (the head manager even admitted this) do the schedule. They don't ever deny RTOs that were put in on time. Ever. Yet she always lost them... it was a huge headache cause the "real" managers ended up having to fix it. It was always great when you said, "hey, I put in a request for that date like 3 weeks ago...." and the "real" manager says, "I know you did, I remember seeing it." Guess I worked with some honest people though. FYL, that sucks. I agree with the people who have said "get some proof." Take a picture of the schedule. Don't let them lie to you. And unless you work for a very, very small place, there will be someone you can report them to. I still have pictures on my phone of a sign that said, "If you work 5 hours and do not take a break, I will edit your timecard to show one." Can you say ILLEGAL? It doesn't matter if they were supposed to take a break or not, you can't not pay someone for time worked, especially minors. (Different job.)
Tell another manager, like the store one, and get it DEALT with. That crap will come back to screw you over later. Don't just take it, fight it. My scheduling manager was like that, she wanted me gone, and in the end she got what she wanted..
Sue them niggas for that shit. That's illegal.
My bosses did that all the time. You'd check it on week end. Then not go to work on the days you're rostered off, and they'd call and say "Where are you, you where meant to be here". They said I have to go into work everyday to check the roster incase I'm on. Because it's ok to screw up my plans.

Always hate when that happens. I started taking a picture of my schedule after the second time my manager did that.
And then you complained and got written up for insubordination. And you threw down the write-up and got written up for littering. And you got written up for having explosive diarrhea even though that was on the other side of the country in a whole, separate FML! They've just got it in for you.
