Just file for unemployment. The money you get comes from his company, so he would be paying for you not to work
This! Wrongful termination could apply depending on the state. If you had sick days, or are legitimately sick you can use that against the company.
Yes, 41. Lets all go encourage people completely capable of working to leech off the state and hard working employees. I don't see anything wrong with that, what about the rest of you? >.>
Wow... At my work I have to deal with minor grammar errors. There are several of the minor errors, but nothing that bad. I would have quit long before that, I can't deal with stupidity.
don't file for unemployment unless its absolutely needed. too many Americans living on the system and its killing our country. look for other work and build a wrongful termination case against him. of you have records of being sick legitimately, you'll get compensation.
I would go in & say that I had text messaging blocked from his number just to stick it to him one last time
If it's a big company, take it to HR. It may not get you your job back, but it should get him fired as well. Then you can send him a text taunting him back.
I agree with most posters here on the "Why would you wanna go back?" part, However, there might be legal ways to take action against that company. One of those ways... contact the BBB(Better Buisness Bureau) and report them. The second way, contact a public defender and/or an attorney to learn your personal rights and laws you are protected under in your state.

Too bad in most states it's borderline illegal to fire someone that way. Look at your company handbook. If it's a small owned business ur ****** tho.
