Hand sanitizer and a good scrubbing with a bristle brush should get it off.
That works most of the time for me (I regularly dye my hair bright colours). If that doesn't work, try nail varnish remover. YDI for rinsing it out in the shower, may stain fabric, surfaces and skin includes rinsing it out, not just applying the dye.
Beauty supply stores have hair dye remover for skin, it works really well, give it a try!
I can just imagine that walk of shame through the store...
... or send a friend to buy it.
The packs of dye remover for skin I buy are just big enough to clean off one hand. You'd need a lot...
If you used box dye, YDI. If you went to a salon, then FYL and you should most definitely get your money back, as well as have the girl who did it fired. But I'm assuming this was through over-the-counter box dye.
Overreaction much?
Anyone who uses ghetto box dye deserves whatever whacked results they get. Have some pride in your appearance and go to a salon.
There is nothing wrong with using a box dye kit. I've had my hair dyed once at a salon and I will never again. They don't come close to the shade I like and it's way too expensive. Not everyone can afford a salon so...get your nose out of the air before you drowned the next time it rains!
Hair salons use box dyes. What do you think they'll come in a cup? My uncle owns one of the biggest bridal/tv actors hair salons in ct and he says its all coming in a box. It's the ones with the right chemicals and right method that gets it done right.
Come on in this bloody economy? We will get what ever hair dye we want savvy?
Just wash your body with gasoline. If it still doesn't come out, use a lighter.
Yes, cause setting herself on fire will work well!
It works for me every time...
65 - WHOOSH! Did you hear it go right over your head?
Careful. She's clearly not a rocket scientist, if she's washing dye out in the shower. She might be sarcasm-proof. Wouldn't like to see a follow-up FML from her relative based on your advice.
This is bad advice. You could blue up. Go kabluey!
#130 also the noise op makes when following 19's advice. Over the last couple of weeks I've learned that understanding sarcasm is almost as common as common sense.
Nothing to be blue about.
that's why you always rince with your hair as far away from your body as possible and with gloved on....
If it's the cheap type of hair dye then that may be the reason why you're as blue as your hair.
I know what you meant, but I immediately imagined a vampire hanging upside down washing dye out of it's hair.
That happened to my shoulders when I had my pink hair, it'll come out after a few washes don't worry :)
