Eat some protein! It will keep you going longer without being hungry! Also, don't drink coffee and get some tea.
coffee is way high n caffine n sugar plus who shud only eat daily amounts of fruit like a banna n da morning a apple at lunch vegatables are if cook them right like dont cook with butter high amounts of salt... eat some protein just not beefy steak try sum chicken and with all ths excericse....im seventeen i stick to this except i eat alot a cereal i play soccder n goi for track nxt year n i weigh 80 n im 5ft
You know I find it really funny how all your life you're taught "Eat fruits and veggies; they're good for you!" and everyone on here is like "HOW DARE YOU EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES?! THEY AREN'T GOOD FOR YOU!!!" I guess the only thing that's good for you anymore is...lettuce. Although that's a vegetable....hmmm.
And like I've said before, I believe: Coffee isn't THAT bad for you. The only reason it CAN be high in calories, sugar, and caffeine is if you MAKE it that way. Get decaf coffee, use no/low-cal sweeteners, take it easy on the cream, and don't have more than 1-2 cups a day. Coffee BY ITSELF is not bad for you. It's not particularly good for you, but it's not bad for you either. It's just one of those neutral food/beverage items that can either make or break you by the way you fix it up. Going to Starbucks and getting a mint-mocha-caramel-vanilla frappe with extra whipped cream and syrups is bad for you everyday is bad for you. Having a simple cup of coffee without all that extra crap isn't so bad.

The OP obviously ate alot of salads, with dressings. Most dressings contain an incredibly high amount of fats. YDI OP, because obviously you don't have a healthy lifestyle. How about REALLY eating healthy, and exercise more? mmkthxbye.
just go run! I run 1 1/2 miles then walk 1 1/2 miles. I'll soon be doing 4 total miles. I can almost eat anything that I want but I choose to eat healthier. A good diet consists of a little bit of everything... except for candy! But it's not that bad to have some sweets every now and then, just a small amount!
