Today, I finally weighed myself after going on a strict diet of only fruits, vegetables, and coffee. I gained weight. FML

that's cuz you need to have the right serving size and u can just eat that but it would be healthier to eat the right amounts of protein fruit veggies grain ect

well, fruit and vegetables in excess is bad!! fruit contains a high sugar content and will make you not loose weight but actually gain! if you eat vegetables only, not root veg like potatoes, then you will do better!

Vegetables are not calorically dense and coffee had no calories, though caffeine helps burn fat. However, fruit is loaded with sugar. and while small amounts of fructose (fruit sugar) is good, large quantities is as bad if not worse than all other carbohydrates.
