I have poured sprite on a vase full of flowers and it works. My flowers lasted for over 3 weeks before they started to wilt and die. The friend who got me the flowers was shocked to see my flowers looking good after 2 weeks and he wanted to know what I was doing to them, Sprite man! Just sprite and water.
Poured Sprite *in! Into the vase with the water. It really works people.
Just put water in the tree stand and keep it filled up. And it lasts for a long time. Haven't you seen Mythbusters?
I mean you don't really need your tree to live for a long time (like pretty much only a month). Despite that, my family does that and it works out fine (I don't think we spray the tree though. We just pour it at the base) If anything it's your fault for not dealing with your ant problem (well I mean at least you can't avoid it now))
Common sense ain't so common. Here's something to consider: sprite contains high fructose corn syrup, a sweetener; sweet stuff attracts ants! Amazing!
I've always heard if you put some soda (specifically Coke) in the base it will live longer. I'm sure that Sprite follows the same principle. YDI for spraying the tree with the stuff.
Did you know if you say orange slowly it sounds like gullible? Nice job OP. Now he knows you are easily pranked.
