Why didn't you teach her?
I cried when I got my first period too, because I knew it was the end of happy carefree childhood and the beginning of complicated adulthood hell.
YDI for not teaching her about periods. Poor thing. I would freak out and cry too, if nobody had ever told me what that was.
How did she not know that would be a thing?? My mum sat me down and talked me through what would eventually happen when I was 9! I didn't even experience menarche until I was 13, but I knew it was coming and what I had to do about it. YDI, but your poor daughter didn't!!
you suck why didn't you tell her about her menstruation ahead of time.
that's your own fault. should have spoken to her about it. if you're her father then at least have a female role model in her life explain a few things if get mother isn't available.

um, maybe you shouldve taught her about her about her body?
**** your daughters life. I'm a guy and I can't imagine bleeding out in my genital area and not knowing what the ***** going on just imagine all the things that could be going through her head. I'd do more than cry. You should have taught her about periods atleast. I can't blame you though because she might still be young and you couldn't have known that it would come so soon
