Zero sympathy. YDI. Well, except for the kid. It'll either be killed or born of parents unworthy of bringing new life into the world. :| I mean, I suppose it's bad that the boyfriend didn't do his best to pull out, but my god, that is the worst way to "prevent" pregnancy. It's completely your fault that you got pregnant, and this is one situation in which I don't think the woman should have a right to choose abortion, even though the kid'll probably end up living a ****** up life. Use a f-cking condom. Or a condom AND hormonal birth control, and why not throw some spermicidal gel in there too. Idiots like you need all the protection they can get.
k.. so i remeber in grade 7 the health lady came in with one of those cheesey videos but whatever, it was about a girl who got an abortion because she got preg by usin the pull out method. we learned this in grade 7 people. please. but whats done is done, just if your not going to be able to care for the kid. abort it. i mean, if you wanna put it up for adoption then do it, but remeber your going to have to go through nine months of hell, and if your still in highschool like i am , prob around a semester of rumors and dirty looks. so do what you want, but think of your self too.
You were trying to use the "pull out" method of contraception? You totally deserve it. If you don't want to get pregnant, use a condom, or some form of REAL contraception when you have sex.
Pullout? Really? I cordially invite you to join the rest of us in the 21st century. Why oh why do the dumb ones reproduce?
I voted FML on this because I don't think it's a matter of YDI - deserve it or not, this is something that SUCKS for all involved. I used to use pull out, but my partner was always good about actually pulling out. I did have one partner who screwed up once though, but he told me, and I went and bought the morning after pill right away. We started using condoms though for fear of exactly this thing happening. I can't take birth control because it interacts with another medication I need. Don't get me wrong, I don't have TOO much sympathy here because pull out is NOT the best method - but it still is going to suck. I know a lot of people who got pregnant because the condom broke or because the pill failed - it happens, whether you want to believe it or not - and I think I would have a little more sympathy if this were one of the cases. No matter what contraception you use, there IS a chance that it won't work when you need it to. Therefore, having sex should mean that you understand that you could get pregnant... pulling out, taking a pill, or putting a condom on just decreases the chances of that.
YDI. If you knew anything, you'd know that pulling-out is not a reliable method of birth control. Ever heard of pre-cum? You could still get pregnant even if he pulled out quicker. (insert eye roll)
It's funny that people like you end up having children while there are people who can't conceive. I know a couple who's been trying for 2 years [everything's fine with them medically], but haven't been successful.

YDI for not using proper contraception!! No sympathy!!
pulling out doesn't work. I guess sex-ed in Utah still doesn't work either.
