a warrant? wtf!
Companies that catch and sell fish as their BUSINESS remove millions of pounds of fish from the water DAILY, EACH. And we're worried about somebody catching a ******* grouper without a license? Yes, I am aware that these laws are in place so people don't catch certain sizes and breeds of fish that will eventually reproduce more fish for the economy and all that blahblahblah bullshit. Fun fact: Professional fishermen don't have magical nets that only catch legal fish. Every time they bring fish up, they're also bringing those too-small, too-light, "Here's-your-$2,200-fine-Mr.-Smith" fish up in their nets, and those fish die. There's a line we have to draw between stupid bullshit and productiveness. Fishing licenses are just ******* stupid. All the too-small fish unlicensed people would catch in a year wouldn't even compare to the fish a SINGLE of the DOZENS of the professional fishing companies kill in a day. One last note, fishing licenses are rather new. Humans existed for millennia without these laws, and millions of animals feast on fish without any of these laws applying to them. GUESS WHAT. WE STILL HAVE FISH. There you ******' go.
I mostly agree except that there are alot of dumb people that don't fish responsibly that will fish in small, local streams, ponds, and lakes. it is those locations that fishing should be regulated to a degree. like, you should only need a license to use barbed hooks or if you are going to SELL the fish. It should be perfectly legal to fish if you remove the barbs from a hook and either throw back the fish or eat it, assuming it's not endangered.
What a rebel
haha i dont need one :D
you should have gotten the liscense ._. the money used for them, as well as hunting liscenses, go to conservation efforts- if you're going to harvest the enviroment, you should help replenish it as well. plus, everyone else has to get a fishing liscense- why should you be the one exception?
that is total crap
they probably won't even bother with something that small
Keywords
seems legit.
You deserve to be behind bars! Imagine how those fish felt being caught by an unlicensed angler!!!
