Today, I found out that I'm pregnant. I had an IUD put in two years ago that's supposed to prevent pregnancy. To put it in perspective, less than 1% of people using this IUD get pregnant. Lucky me. FML

The exact same thing happened to my dad's wife, and now my little sister is a beautiful and smart 12 years old girl! I understand that it wasn't planned, but as time goes by, things will get better.

Be careful, you have a very high chance that your baby may be stuck in your fallopian tubes, IUD's are less preventative if you've never been pregnant before, in the future there are methods of doubling up that still allow you to have great sex. Try VCF, it's sold at Walmart and is a spermicide film that neither parties can feel. I hope you have a safe pregnancy and a healthy baby, good luck :)
