Today, I found out that my neighbors took it upon themselves to knock down the fence we shared, and putting up a new one. Thus fencing my pool into their yard. When I asked them why, he replied, "We thought you weren't coming back." I was gone for 4 months tending to my sister with breast cancer. FML

1- I hope your sister is ok 2- # 69 benhemon had the most lucid comment so far 3- I'm gonna have to say that you kinda deserved it for not having someone at least check on your place if not stay there while you were away. No way would I leave my place for any kind of extended period without someone looking after it for me, especially with neighbors as skeezy as yours.

You should take them to court. That is part of your property and they are trespassing. Just because they thought you weren't coming back is not an excuse.
