make him his perfect meal but mix his drink with a combination of alcohol and sleeping pills. would be so much better if he orders alcohol usualy. and umm I think is called grate (my English is rusty). like 25 sleeping pills on his food and mix it up so he can't see it with a splash of Tylenol just for the heck of it. and problem solved.
hey be happy he didn't shoot you or his kids because he didn't like the wag his eggs were cooked
He's a regular and all, but what he's doing is not right and you don't have to put up with it. You can refuse service to him. Oh yeah, and about "The customer is always right," that's just a saying, not the law. People just use that saying when they're trying to get away with doing something that's against the store policy.
Ha, no. I just worked in retail long enough to grow a spine and not take crap from people.
You and your restaurant absolutely do not have to put up with his behavior. At the very least, you can refuse service. If you tell your boss you feel your safety (physical and emotional) is at risk from him and he still forces you to serve him, that is a lawsuit. But, I would start looking for a new job. Like now.
Yes, keep your job options open. It sounds like this guy is psychotic. And FWIW, I've seen people prosecuted for assault and battery for acting like this. You would be wise IMO to call the police and at the very least have them take a report that can be used for evidence later on. If management does expect you to put up with this, I strongly encourage you to seek legal help even if you've already moved on to a new job. If they're ghastly enough to ignore employee welfare like this, it probably will take an actual lawsuit to get them to stop this abuse of their staff. If you don't know or can't afford an attorney who can help you, check out your county's Legal Aid office.

notice how like almost everyone said the same thing? I think being told to file a complaint once would do it, but that's just me

Heres a tip. Spiting in the face and Kicking is assault and groping is sexual harassment or even assault depending on how you wanna word it. Call them police and have them tazer his ass. If your boss doesn't like it tell him it creates a hostile work environment and the department of labor may have to be called.
Where do you work, and why haven't you reported him??
