Omg WTF thats messed up and you need to get checked out, sounds like you have a heart or a blood pressure problem:/
That's really awfull..
rape?
It's not rape if she liked it.
That life can't suck: You come, which is rare. You come before he does, which is rare. Oh, and you have a partner, which also makes you actually very lucky.
#113 Creepy, yes. Disrespectful, yes. Selfish? of course, his girlfriend passed out and he didn't even check on her- the real reason to consider breaking up with him, for me. (this is all of course considering he noticed, if it's otherwise he's just an idiot) Rape? no. They are partners, and were having consensual sex. Screaming rape at everything makes it so real rape victims either get looked down on, ignored or whatever other things that shouldn't happen, and the guys falsely accused could well get their lives ruined.
It certainly seems abusive, passing out would negate consent. Giving consent at the start when she's feeling fine does not mean he can carry on when she passes out and could be seriously ill and need medical attention! The circumstances have obviously changed! Did she specifically say 'if I pass out don't worry, you can carry on f-ing my unconcious body because that really turns me on'? No? Then she didn't consent to this! Unfortunately it would be hard to press charges because there would be people like you on the jury.
People like me? Please, I hate it when people say stuff like that on FML. You don't know me, so please do not judge me like that. If you would have read my comments, both this one and the one more up, you would see that I completely agree about everything else you said- short of it being rape. I think she should break up with him for not even being concerned for her passing out, it seems very basic for me to worry about your spouse when they suffer ANY medical condition, not to mention passing out. But again, I cannot see this as rape. Also, for all we know- 1. He didn't notice. 2. OP is a layback sort of girl, so he may not have thought anything is unusal. 3. He kept going for about a minute after it happened, stopped after he noticed, and OP exeggerated it into the FML. Regardless of the FML, I sent you a message a few days ago. Might be surprised as to what a "person like me" agrees with. Wonder what that makes you? :)
I was only judging you on the opinions you chose to express. By people like you I meant...people who wouldn't think this was rape. Is that inaccurate? Because that's what you said. Also I meant people who victim blame or make excuses i.e (paraphrasing)- 'Well she consented before she passed out, so she must have wanted it right?' 'well she had sex with him before' 'maybe she's just really laidback' 'maybe she's just exaggerating the whole thing'. Rape is sex without consent and her consent was invalidated when she passed out, because she didn't consent to being screwed while unconscious. 1.Realistically, it's unlikely he didn't notice, come on, wouldn't you? That would be something that would need to be investigated though, I'm just saying it should be. 2. If she is laidback then he would be used to that and know the difference between laidback and passed out! One minute she is having an ******, presumably responsive and making some kind of slight noise or movement, the next she collapses and is completely unresponsive. Again that would be noticeable. And again no matter how she normally behaves during sex it does not excuse his actions. 3. Whatever you want to call it I doubt the first concern of someone it happened to would be exagerrating it to sound better on FML! Also I appreciate your comment on my previous comment but that doesn't mean I'm not free to express my opinions here, I thought that was what you respected about me? Glad you've found your voice though even if we don't always agree!
perfect time to stick it in ur ass!!!....lol
Kent? ...I don't think that's a girl's name.
Herp a derp. Guess I wasn't really thinking to well, but that was posted, at a time before, I've been waking up this week.
