Maybe he thought you were resting :S or only continued until he noticed something was up. Its not like its a normal thing. Hopefully he did stop and check you were ok. I would get your heart checked though, your heart racing that fast seriously cant be good.

Ok I don't want to be vulgar here but so many people seem not to get it and are calling the OP fake so I had to say it...there is a way that a girl knows a guy has finished. I assume when she came round she noticed he had ejaculated. Also that he was not hard anymore. Also that he had not called an ambulance or anything. And maybe he confessed?
