Maybe he thought you were resting :S or only continued until he noticed something was up. Its not like its a normal thing. Hopefully he did stop and check you were ok. I would get your heart checked though, your heart racing that fast seriously cant be good.

Assuming this was your first ******, I wouldn't be too concerned. If the lights were off, or even if he's particularly tall compared to you and thus wouldn't see your face in most positions, he probably could've assumed that you became motionless out of exhaustion. I doubt you were out for very long if he was still going when you woke up, so he could've easily not have noticed when you were out. If he simply told you once you came to, I'm sorry that your boyfriend did that.
