Ha ha, can't believe some of the people here are demanding that the teacher get fired or accusing him/her of being lazy. The teacher is the one who already knows everything, and let's be honest, if you want to know the correct way to do things, YOU will be the one who take time out of YOUR schedule to see the teacher to find out how YOU screwed up. That's how my school works, no corrections unless you're willing to take the initiative. Jeez, it's funny how all these people are wondering how they're supposed to learn from their mistakes without even bothering to meet one on one with their teachers like a student who actually cares would. But that is also quite hilarious. I guess you were just born without a sense of humor.
how bad was your paper?
prof - 1 : you - 0 epic ownage right there haha i once handed in a math test which i hadnt studied for, on which i only wrote my full name, and "i love maths!
the only thing my diff eq teacher writes is "wrong" not "good" or "ok" just wrong that all he writes.
I had a teacher do that to me, sort of. Instead of correcting the paper I wrote, she just scribbled "XX MISTAKES" on the title page and then put my mark below it. It's annoying, and I do think it's somewhat unprofessional, even if others disagree. Not only that, but it's not exactly encouraging towards the student.
"I hate when teachers just mark a question wrong, without correcting it or explaining what the mistake was. How does that teach you anything?" HINT: THE PURPOSE OF A TEST IS TO TEST(GET IT?) YOUR KNOWLEDGE. You're supposed to know beforehand. If you're too freaking stupid to learn something, it is not their job to say "This is the reason you got this wrong". You need to try harder. School is specifically tailored so that anyone without mental problems can do it properly, and if you arent doing it right...it's your own damn fault.

lololol that's hilarious. Good to hear that he has a sense of humor while failing you.
well, just write WTF on the front page and hand it back in
