Today, I got excited when my cell phone lit up because I hadn't received a single phone call all day. Turns out it was the "low battery" indicator. FML

people saying this isnt an fml are complete morons. please go die now.

See, what's happening is that the people from You Tube (the lowest form of the internet) are coming here and spamming their shitty comments and bad grammar. So I agree, they should go die.

I'm surprised so many of these types of FMLs get through. YDI for depending so much on others, tbh. You should be figuring out new interests and hobbies instead of chatting about nothing important with your friends, so you can find something more meaningful to do with your time (although visiting this site is only a little better, unless you can make the most of it). If you're in a relationship, that's different; you CAN expect to hear from them, at least. ORR, pick up the phone and call a friend yourself. It's sad to see when people expect more from others than they do from themselves.

Mein gott. I get one call every few weeks (then again I am anti social) - but seriously, you can't live without getting a phone call a day? GTFO.

actually, being antisocial is characterized by deceit and manipulation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antisocial_personality_disorder) You'd be either avoidant (more or less afraid of social situations) or schizoid (uninterested). I used to be really avoidant (or shy, if you prefer), but I'm starting to get over it.
