Today, I got my belly button pierced. The guy put a small dot with a sharpie right above the center of my belly button so he knew exactly where to pierce. I also have a small freckle noticeably to the left of center of my belly button. Guess which one he pierced through. FML

Today, I spontaneously got my ear pierced. By spontaneously, I mean my 12-year-old sister stabbed one of her earrings into my ear while I was sleeping. She claimed the freckle on my earlobe looks "exactly the same" as the hole from her ear piercing. FML

Today, I got a nipple piercing. My girlfriend thought I was pranking her with a fake piercing, because I wouldn’t be "daft enough" to get a real one, and she yanked it off, or rather through, my nipple. Yes, it cut my poor nip in half, and I now have two nipples where once I had only one. FML

Today, I went in to see my piercer. He took one look at my piercing I got a few months ago and laughed saying "What a shit job, I'm sorry but that's pretty crappy because it's not even straight!" I then had to awkwardly explain it was indeed him who had pierced me. FML

Today, I had a spur of the moment idea to go have my nose pierced. The piercer made sure to tell me how easily the little stud could get caught or hung up. I spent all day stressing over it only to scratch my nose and rip it out. Now I have a $40 bleeding hole in my nose. FML

For those who didn't see #1's comment, this is the sum up.. She basically said that girls w/ pierced navel's are hores+W at the beginning and Luts+S at the beginning. If you had it done today you could take it out, it shouldn't even scar if you're careful, then have it re done when this one is healed. Don't forget to put antispetic cream on it once you've removed the jewelery and make sure it doesn't get infected while it's healing.

BTW, #1 is just generalizing. But, it's not fair to generalize, is it? If I did that to her, judging by her statement, all girls who call a general population of girls ******, are fat, lonely, miserable, and would look like crap in a belly ring. Generalizing, sucks, doesn't it? (coming from a married woman with TWO belly button rings... I'm such a *****...)

OMG! something similar happened to me. i don't have a freckle near by belly button, he just went a little off center. it still looks awesome though. whatever you do DON"T TAKE IT OUT! even if you got it done today. the hole is new and could get infected, more so if its brand new. don't worry though. people won't notice. all anyone's said to me is that its sexy ;) and fyi, i went to zebra's to get it pierced. a respected place. people make mistakes.

Just think, it could have been a lot worse. I've heard belly button piercing stories where they rip through the skin or it gets really grossly infected. Not that that's going to keep me from getting on one day but still...a whole lot worse. Besides, now your belly button piercing has character. Everyone else could get an on-center belly button piercing. You're belly button is now unique.
