No, they keep the female assistants in the room for threesomes. I've seen many documentaries that show that this is the purpose for having the assistant. You can't find these documentaries on boring ol' PBS, they're on YouPorn, SpankWire, RedTube, etc.

Again, NO PROOF. I know someone who was inappropriately fondled by a doctor when she was a young, but quite developed, teen. She reported it to the cops and the state medical board, but no one could do else anything about it, because there wasn't enough proof. This OP has even less of a case. The docs aren't going to confess. She was under sedation, and therefore not exactly a reliable witness anyhow. Who's to say she didn't dream it? If she and her parents decide the unprofessionalism merits a response (which is questionable, since they really only embarrassed her), switching doctors, making a complaint to the appropriate board, and alerting her referring DDS to the situation will be more effective uses of their time than filing a laughable lawsuit.

Oh thats why my orthodontist always has female assistants. Surprisingly thats smart so they don't get sued. Plus when there is a female person getting work done it makes females more comfortable than having just a male in the room, then it turns awkward.

Apparently having a man touch your bra strap is worth $37 million. If you worked in a mine, got involved in an accident and had 3 of your limbs sawn off, you'd be pretty lucky to get 1 million.

Not to mention they obviously didn't give you the anesthetic correctly (unless it was a local only in which case you WILL hear them but my guess is it wasn't if they are openly talking like that)..So you can throw that fact in there, probably get them fired as well for both of those reasons.

And to everyone saying "you should have said something" It's not that easy to talk while you have your mouth pried open with hands and what not inside it! Besides, sometimes those things numb you correctly (so much that you can't talk or move at all) but don't put you to sleep when they are supposed to. She possibly could have made some sort of twitch or sound to let them know but some people do odd things in their sleep so they might not have thought anything of it if that happened. Though you would think her eyes would have been open if she wasn't asleep..unless she was too scared to open them or they had that tape crap over them.. Put some thought into it though, it's not OP's fault.
