Hope you do the right thing OP! Why is a mother putting 3-week-old infant in daycare (I'm assuming that's where it was) ?! It's just as well, though, please report her. All the best to you and the baby.

Some companies don't pay for maternity leave, and a lot of people live paycheck to paycheck. This however does not excuse giving a 3 week old kool-aid.

Even if the company doesn't pay maternity leave, there is government assistance for new mothers to take time off and parent their children. Not to mention free parenting courses (more densely offered as income levels in the neighborhoods go down) so crap like this doesn't happen.

You need to report that. Seriously, that could actually cause that baby's death. Whoever that woman is, she's an idiot and needs to be sterilized. No joke, report that A.S.A.P.
