Today, I got sick in the airsick bag as my flight landed. The woman next to me, trying to make me feel better, says "Don't handle landings too well?" I responded "No, I actually fly fine, I'm just 8 weeks pregnant." She looked at my left hand, noticed no ring, rolled her eyes and looked away. FML

Today, I went on a long flight. I was fortunate enough to sit next to a great girl. However, she must have thought I was not so great, because she moved to the empty seat across the aisle. Next to my dad. Who then told stories about how I always get motion sickness on airplanes. I then threw up. FML

Today, on my airplane ride home, the woman next to me wasn't feeling too well. She pulled out the air sickness bag to throw up into and missed. Her vomit splattered all over the seat in front of her and all over me. We were both covered in puke. And that was only my first of two flights. FML

Today, I was on an early flight home after a night of drinking. I was sat in my seat when I started feeling sweaty and nauseous. I grabbed the puke bag and started gagging, then puking, and a really loud fart came out. Everyone heard it. The attendant switched me seat to sit alone. FML

Today, I was sick on an airplane. As we were taking off, I felt like I was ready to hurl. I was sitting in the window seat and was unable to get up in time to go to the bathroom so I was forced to grab the nearest container to puke in. It was a glass of juice belonging to the woman next to me. FML

Today, I saw a woman who I thought was pregnant on the bus. Trying to be nice, I offered her my seat and congratulated her. She wasn't pregnant, just holding a large bag of groceries. The entire bus heard me and the death glare she gave could’ve turned me to stone. FML

Today, I was at the airport to pick up my mother since my baby is due soon. As she arrived, I smiled wide and opened my arms for a hug, but she walked right by me. Apparently, being pregnant makes me unrecognizable. My husband and I had to tell it her was me, her own daughter. FML

You people do realize that not all people exchange rings when they are getting married. My cousins are SDA and they don't believe in wedding rings. They have three kids and I would hate for people to look down on her just b/c she isn't wearing a ring when she has been married for many years now.

Some people don't believe in a god, so the choose to not be married under a god. Marriage is a religious concept; if you don't have a religion, why bother getting married? Just because someone isn't married doesn't mean they can't have kids. That lady was quite rude :(

I know that I'll probably be criticized or hated on but I think the lady was rude to her because nowadays people are having children outside of marriage, so maybe she(the lady) was hoping that she(the pregnant one) was married. Marriage may or may not be religious, it's a choice- it can prove your committed to the one you love, and it can also help you financially. It doesn't have to be revolved around God, Allah, Buddha, any other god that there is.

There are so many reasons for the OP not wearing a ring. 1) She whored around and ended up pregnant. (Pretty unlikely, if you ask me) 2) She had sex ONCE and forgot birth control. 3) She had sex ONCE and the birth control failed. 4) She's married but can't wear the ring due to swelling that occures during pregnancy for many women. 5) She was married, but the father died and she decided to take off the ring so she wouldn't have to look at a reminder of what she just lost every day. 6) She was supposed to get married, but the dad pulled a bitch-move and left. 7) She has a longterm boyfriend, but, for some reason, just hasn't married him yet. 8) For all we know she may be lesbian and can't marry the person she loves, but wanted to have a child anyway. 9) She used to be married but the father divorced before the baby was born. 10) She just doesn't like rings. 11) She wears her ring around her neck because of her job, like my dad used to. 12) She lost the ring. 13) For some reason, she had to take the ring off before she got on the plane and forgot to put it on afterwards. 14) Maybe she got raped? Who knows? 15) I'm gonna stop here, because, for one, I'm running out of reasons, and two, I think y'all got it by now. All the haters, get a life. She didn't do anything wrong.
