how does one exaggerate a sneeze? I know people who try to hold them in, I have heard people fake sneeze...I don't think i have ever seen an exaggerated sneeze. I mean it happens so quickly....do they exaggerate the beginning-the aaaaaaahhhhh- or the ending--choooooo... and why even do that... it would be annoying. OP, FYL for getting hurt while sneezing (ill give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you didn't exaggerate your sneeze)

Simple. When you feel the sneeze coming on just take a deep breath and let it be loud. Some people actually have great lung control you know.
