Today, I halted a cab. It was 12 degrees and snowing outside. When I went to get in, a man shoved me away and I slipped on ice into dirty snow slush, and he stole my cab. As it drove off, the man flipped me off. FML

Today, I took a cab ride home from a bar. After a few minutes of horrible driving, I felt sick. The cab driver got so mad she locked me in the car and started driving me to the cops unless I payed her extra. Basically, I paid $120 for a five-minute cab ride. FML

Today, I rode in the cab on the way back to my dorm from the airport. The taxi driver was on the phone and not really paying attention. I paid him and got out of the cab, but he drove away before I could get my luggage out of the trunk. FML

Today, I decided to be responsible and call a cab to take my drunk ass home from the bar. As I climbed into the cab, I was quickly pulled back out and had the shit beaten out of me by a group of drunk guys who thought they needed the ride more. The police soon arrived and arrested us all. FML

Today, I waited over 30 minutes in freezing cold weather for my bus. When it finally arrived, I went to get on board, but slipped and fell on the icy ground. The driver waited a whole 2 seconds before snorting, "Ain't nobody got time for this shit", closing the doors, and driving off. FML

Today, I waited for 20 minutes to get a cab outside grand central station in New York (it was raining). Finally, to my relief, I found a cab but when I got in I let a little fart slip. Two minutes later the cabby kicked me out of his cab because I stunk. FML

One might wonder if it actually was his cab and you were trying to steal it from him. On the other hand, his actions constitute an assault, since that's legally what it was whether or not it was his cab. Why didn't you trip him or something while or after you fell? You've gotta be quicker than that, OP.

At first glance I thought this was by a woman, imagine my surprise to find out it was a womanly man. You lose three punches on your Man Card for not giving the cab stealer the five knuckle shuffle. Listen guys, you don't have to be a caveman all the time but if you teach yourself to go from normal to nuclear in a heartbeat you won't ever have to write a wussy ass FML like this. The feminization of the males in our species is allowing the bullies to take over. Learn to stand up for yourself then others and kick some ass every now and then.

I think you are correct, Back In Action I'm sure it happened fast. He should never have been so unaware that he let someone into his "space", if he had been paying attention and then rose to the occasion it would have been the other guy's FML. I have an issue with running around worrying about lawsuits. That is part of the over all problem of not being able to take care of yourself and having others do your dirty work for you.
