Don't worry. I was at my previous just for over two years and I literally had no idea what I was doing half the time because they did no training at all there

At my old job I knew most of the stuff I was doing, but some of the other employees wouldn't let me sell stuff because they thought i didn't know and then they'd teach me, again.
