46 needs to get his head out his ass and realize that men and women both have bad drivers. No one is better than the next and if he's gonna be that much of an ass then he also needs to get off FML, because I'm sure nobody wants to see this type of thing written or said. Asshole...I'm sorry but people who say sexist crap like this really bugs me, and these type of comments need to be kept to themselves.

Obviously people leaving "OMG YOU HIT A DEER" messages don't live anywhere near deer. Deer are morons and like to jump all over the roads in front of you. It's scary as ****. Stupid deer. It's like when you're driving and you think the squirrel is getting off the road but then it turns around and you hit it, except that squirrel turns out to be a 200+lb deer and suddenly it's dead and your car is totaled.

No, there are alot of deer where I live, but they have enough sense not to bother anyone or run out into the street. My backyard is their home, but I don't care, as long as they don't ruin it!

Yeah we had a fun time the winter Dept. of Transportation in my state decided the best way to combat deer was to cut down all the trees along the highway so that people would have a clear view of the deer coming from the side. Except that if they had checked with Fish and Wildlife they would have told them that edge habitat and all the brush now on the side of the highway attracts deer. So we had to contend with giant herds of deer running across the highway all winter. Nice. Sometimes you can't avoid them and there really isn't anything to be done.

OP is lucky that she didnt get hurt! Deer are constantly jumping in front of vehicles where i live in Virginia. I lost a distance family member to one that came through his windsheild and killed him from impact. People need to get over themselves. they obviously dont live anywhere near a place where deer are a problem. They're just like racoons, possums, squirrels, and rabbits. You're driving in the dark or at dusk and your lights are on but all of a sudden an animal comes running in front of your vehicle. There's no time to stop or swerve and more often than not, if you swerve you wind up putting yourself or more people in lethal danger. get over the deer people, it happens all the dang time and the deer population is still overwhelming.

no the worst part is that my husband hit a deer a few years ago with his truck a nice 12 point and several of the points broke off so we couldn't even have it mounted :( but that's west Texas for ya
