You'll make a great mother someday.
wow, how long were you upstairs for? that's horrible.
it's more like your cat's FML "Today i was dying and i was trying to say goodbye to my owner, she just ignored me. FML"
can i get an AMEN!?!
AMEN.
Cats don't say goodbye! They crawl away and die, to prevent spreading disease. It's basic instinct for many species. If you think that the cat could actually process thought enough to say goodbye you're either a 12 year old girl that never grew up, still 12, or retarded.
just no.
AMEN
Your poor cat. Don't get another pet until you have time or care enough to pay some attention to it.
My cat constantly wants attention. To the point that he'll jump on your lap while you're taking a crap. Then he'll have moments where he'll just meow to here himself talk. I go and check on him and he'll just look at me. He doesn't want anything. His food and water are full. He just makes noise for the heck of it. I give him plenty of attention and play time. Cats are weird. You can't assume to OP is a bad pet owner just because his cat is really needy. People are allowed to be preoccupied with something else every once and a while.
and yet no one will admit that when their own pet does this they also push them away sometimes... i mean really my dog does this a lot for purely attention and will jump on me while im sleeping and i've never woken up to find her dead.... quite honestly ignoring a pet for a few hours if they have food/water isn't really a crime nor does it make you a horrible person....
@438, same with my pets. I wish they'd seek my attention more.
What... the ****?
@ 9-I'm confused. Why do you have cats if you don't let them in the house. They might as well be strays if they don't have a house.
thats not true. We live on a farm and have outdoor cats because some people are allergic, plus it helps with our mice issues :D
Well, some people have cats, and they might also have people in their families who are allergic. That's my situation. I still take care of my cats, feed them, brish their fur, take them to the vet, and give them lots of attention. They even have their own room for cold nights. So no, sweetie, they aren't strays. Not everyone can safely keep cats indoors.
I hope you feel ******* horrible!!
