All you got to do is learn hard and become one of the 5% graduates. You won't have a problem.
I'd sue for my money back

how can a college possibly only have 5%??
Maybe the classes are just that hard. Or maybe they let in a bunch of slackers. My first guess though would be that many people transfer to other schools and get degrees elsewhere after completing the first year or two.
It may not be as bad as it seems. How far are you along in your schooling? Are you just starting? Are you going to be graduating? If you're just starting, you can GenEds and electives there, and then transfer to them to another school after a semester or a year. It's not the end of the world - you can still work with this and get out. You have options. Find out what they are and pick the best one for you.
Your college must have very high standards. Afraid you won't make that lofty goal?
School I went to let you drop courses through the first week and get a full refund. I would assume most colleges have a similar policy. Check it out if you haven't.
Make a change in that school! You can do it
Be that 5%!!
I'm curious as to how you learned this info.

Time to sue, that's false advertising!
That's not necessarily a bad thing. My college has like a 40% graduation rate because a lot of people start there and then transfer
